GOODWORX is a joint initiative of OAK Services Group and Kadyn Civil & Drainage, which was formally established as GOODWORX in 2024, but has been operating successfully through both OAK Services Group and Kadyn Civil & Drainage, and also during a period as TRADEN Construction School (an Australian Registered Training Organisation), since 2021.

GOODWORX is a Youth Development Program that provides young people with valuable hands-on experiences, education, and future career path opportunities in construction and related industries.

GOODWORX is all about likeminded organisations all ‘Working Together for Good’ to not only introduce, educate, and up-skill our youth, but at the same time, also helping to future-proof our industries with high-quality, reliable, and sustainable workforce solutions.

Through organisations utilising the services of OAK Services Group and Kadyn Civil and Drainage, they have been supporting opportunities for aspiring youth involved in the OAK, Kadyn and TRADEN Youth Development and Mentoring Programs to date.

OAK and Kadyn have now invested heavily in the formalisation and establishment of GOODWORX, and are now calling on likeminded organisations to ‘join the cause’ in supporting and providing ‘real world’ opportunities and genuine future career path options for aspiring young Australian men and women.
